Head of Strategic Finance & GTM

📋 Description

• Lead Gruve Tech's global FP&A function, including AOP and forecasts.
• Build long-range financial models to support growth strategy and investments.
• Partner with Exec Leadership and GTM teams to provide financial insights.
• Create board-level reporting and dashboards with SaaS KPIs.
• Support pricing strategy, business cases, and M&A evaluations.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• 10+ years of progressive finance and FP&A experience.
• Proven experience leading FP&A in a high-growth technology, SaaS, or enterprise software company.
• Strong expertise in financial modeling, forecasting, budgeting, and board-level reporting.
• Experience partnering with Sales and Go-to-Market teams to support strategic growth.
• Advanced proficiency with Excel and FP&A tools, plus executive communication skills.
