🎯 Requirements

• 15+ years in Finance with consulting, IB, PE, or strategic finance
• Deep fluency in product P&L finance; revenue forecasting and margins
• Strong analytical rigor with sound business judgment
• Genuine builder with player-coach approach; team development
• Proven leadership of high-performing finance teams
• Executive presence; strong communication with senior stakeholders
