📋 Description

• Lead Moloco's Strategic Growth team across APAC, based primarily in Seoul.
• Define commerce media strategy, operating models, and go-to-market priorities with executives.
• Drive growth for Moloco Commerce Media customers and accelerate advertising revenue.
• Partner with cross-functional leaders to deliver a cohesive customer experience.
• Build trusted, long-term partnerships with senior stakeholders across business and technology.
• Shape APAC MCM business by aligning customer insights with product and market priorities.

🎯 Requirements

• 12+ years of relevant, customer-facing leadership experience.
• Background in strategy consulting, ad tech, retail, commerce media, or enterprise tech.
• Strong commercial acumen with go-to-market and revenue growth experience.
• Proven ability to advise executives and manage relationships with large enterprise customers.
• Deep knowledge of digital advertising, retail media, or marketplace monetization.
• Based in Seoul with fluency in Korean and English.
