• Lead long-range strategic planning and prioritization
• Own the annual strategic planning framework and outputs
• Build analytical models for portfolio risk and opportunity
• Create Board materials and executive communications

• Synthesize external signals into strategic implications

🎯 Requirements

• 8-12+ years in strategic planning or management consulting in biopharma
• Substantive biotech/pharma industry experience and pipeline valuation
• Board-level strategy materials development and presentation
• Strong financial modeling, scenario analysis, and data synthesis
• Excellent written and verbal communication; executive storytelling
• MBA/PhD/MD or equivalent preferred; strong thinking quality
• Cross-functional collaboration across R&D, Commercial, Finance, and Legal
