🎯 Requirements

10+ years in program management, strategy & operations.
3+ years of people management with high-performing teams.
Operate in ambiguity; proven ability to build from 0→1 with no playbook.
Strong PM skills: multi-workstream delivery, risk surfacing, alignment.
Cross-functional leadership aligning Product, Eng, GTM, and Ops.
Experience across global teams and time zones; flexible hours.
