📋 Description

• Set the strategic direction and house view for structured investment solutions, identifying and
• Lead delivery of yield products, tokenisation initiatives, Bitcoin Backed Loans, and other new
• Responsible for driving Xapo's internal investment committee, a monthly forum with the CEO, CFO
• Own comprehensive initial due diligence on prospective counterparties and ongoing due diligence on
• Produce credit assessments in a standardised, committee-ready format.
• Maintain ongoing credit risk oversight of the book.

🎯 Requirements

• Substantial experience in investment management, structured products, or digital asset markets
• Demonstrable credit underwriting and counterparty risk experience, ideally including unsecured
• Ability to diligence both regulated financial institutions and crypto-native counterparties.
• Strong quantitative capability and comfort building or overseeing pricing, risk, and structuring
• Track record of designing and launching new financial products, ideally spanning yield, lending, or
• Experience operating through formal governance processes such as investment committees.
