📋 Description

• Own output and performance accountability for Traditional Studio, GenAI Studio, and Marketing
• Directly manage Motion/Editorial Leads, GenAI Lead, and Associate Director of Studio; set creative
• Report studio performance, capacity, and roadmap to the Global CCO
• Own all live-action shoot execution across the studio's work
• Own motion graphics, configurators, website motion, social, and at-scale content production
• Partner with account-aligned Creative Directors to shape ideas based on the brief, bringing a deep

🎯 Requirements

• Advanced/Fluent English
• 15+ years in TVC/commercial production spanning creative direction, directing, and post
• Strong, demonstrable portfolio spanning all key craft categories within the studio
• VFX compositing, color, and technical filmmaking background
• Track record leading multiple production functions/teams, not just individual delivery
• Proven GenAI/multi-model pipeline expertise with fidelity and consistency control
