📋 Description

• Set and defend the product vision, the member experience vision, and the defensibility thesis. Make
• Set the quarterly percentage split across Core, Growth, and Partner work with the CSO investment
• Decide product strategy across domains and review domain roadmaps, PRDs, and the single backlog
• Own the concept pipeline for new revenue ideas. Build the business case, make a clear
• Own future state concepts and the innovation pipeline, in consultation with Design, Engineering
• Lead and develop the Core Product Leader, Growth Product Leader, and Partner Product Leader. Hold

🎯 Requirements

• 12 or more years in product, with 5 or more years leading product leaders at a consumer
• Proven record of setting product vision and turning it into a prioritized portfolio with real
• Deep fluency in subscription economics: conversion, retention, LTV, CAC, and pricing and packaging.
• Hands on experience shaping an AI and personalization strategy for consumers.
• Comfort making direct decisions and holding the tiebreaker without losing partnership with Design
• Experience running experimentation programs with an analytics gate.
