📋 Description

• Lead local Customer Success and Implementation in Germany
• Develop the local deployment playbook with the team
• Own the post-sales journey: onboarding, deployment, adoption
• Collaborate with central product and engineering teams
• Build scalable CS processes and region KPIs
• Partner with sales and the Country Manager for growth

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in CS, Professional Services or deployment
• Experience as Manager of Managers in B2B-SaaS
• Accounting/Finance or Fintech background ideal
• Strong organizational skills and scaling teams
• Strategic and analytical; translate goals to workflows
• Fluent in German and English
