Head of Supply Chain, easyplant

📋 Description

• Define and drive easyplant’s global Supply Chain strategy and footprint.
• Lead major cost-reduction initiatives across sourcing, materials, logistics, inventory, and
• Identify opportunities to make our supply chain more scalable, resilient, and efficient as we grow.
• Own material and inventory planning across our fulfillment network, while optimizing inventory
• Partner closely with Data, Finance, and Production to translate demand forecasts into purchasing
• Own relationships with our key global suppliers, including commercial negotiations, pricing

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of Supply Chain experience, including 3+ years in a leadership or significant ownership
• Strong experience across planning, inventory, procurement/sourcing, and logistics.
• Proven ability to drive meaningful cost reductions and negotiate with strategic suppliers.
• Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach to decision-making.
• Experience working with MRP or similar supply chain planning systems.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and cross-functional leadership skills.
