• Mentor and develop recruiting teams, ensuring urgency, accountability, and continuous improvement.
• Align headcount plans with People, Finance, and business leaders to hit hiring goals.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in recruiting leadership in high-growth technology environments.
• Experience managing managers and building high-performing teams.
• Proven success hiring across complex technical/engineering functions; AI/ML or research engineering
• Analytical expertise with dashboards, capacity models, and performance metrics.
• Strong executive presence and collaboration with senior leaders.
• Hands-on executive recruiting experience and compelling equity narratives.
