🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline.
• 10–15 years of professional recruitment or talent acquisition experience, gained through in-house
• Extensive experience leading recruitment teams, including permanent employees and outsourced
• Strong expertise in recruiting senior, specialist, and executive-level professionals, particularly
• Comprehensive understanding of recruitment strategies, talent market dynamics, employment
• Demonstrated ability to develop and execute recruitment strategies while balancing local business
