📋 Description

• Lead and grow the TA team.
• Design sourcing strategy and employer brand.
• Run ATS (Ashby) and evaluate AI tools.
• Build structured interview processes and scorecards.
• Own metrics: time to fill, funnel, quality of hire.
• Partner with leadership on headcount and budget.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years building talent programs and leading recruiting teams.
• AI fluency and ability to apply AI in hiring.
• Hands-on with ATS and sourcing tools.
• Experience hiring across borders/new markets.
• Ability to define roles and leveling for AI-driven org.
• Strong coaching and people development skills.
