📋 Description

• Lead a TA team to support R&D hiring at Asana.
• Drive operational excellence in TA for timely, high-quality hires.
• Partner with R&D Leadership, People, and Finance to shape assessment, reporting, and engagement strategies.
• Build a global, high-velocity hiring strategy to scale R&D teams.
• Use data to identify trends, KPIs, and solutions to unblock the TA team.
• Serve as a subject matter expert across R&D hiring and promote inclusive, diverse recruitment.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years in Talent Acquisition with 5+ years managing technical recruiting teams and partnering with R&D leaders.
• Proven ability to lead, motivate, and coach recruiting teams.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; collaborative, team-player mindset.
• Business-minded partner to executive leaders; align hiring strategy with goals.
• Data-driven decision-making to drive operational effectiveness and efficiencies.
• Ability to drive change across the organization and foster shared recruiting accountability; curiosity about AI tools.
