📋 Description

• Build a global hiring strategy to scale R&D teams.
• Partner with executive leadership and People Team to align priorities for a high-impact, global hiring strategy.
• Define, design, and iterate a TA roadmap to recruit high-impact Asanas and deliver the mission.
• Leverage data to identify trends, pain points, and KPIs/OKRs; scope frameworks to unblock the team.
• Set ambitious, motivating goals for your team and align them with company objectives.
• Serve as a subject matter expert for hiring across all R&D functions and promote a diverse, inclusive workforce.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years in Talent Acquisition with 5+ years leading Technical recruiting teams.
• Proven ability to lead, motivate, and coach recruiting teams.
• Strong communication and collaborative mindset.
• Business partner to executives; align hiring with goals.
• Data-driven decision making; improve KPIs and operational effectiveness.
• Ability to drive change and foster shared recruiting accountability.
• Curiosity about AI tools and emerging technologies.
• Experience partnering with R&D leaders.
