📋 Description

• Lead technical ownership and architecture for building automation systems and internal technical
• Oversee system integration across on-premise and cloud architectures.
• Serve as primary technical contact during major incidents, lead root cause analysis and permanent
• Drive programming and design of control submittals, panel layouts, and controller programming with
• Lead and mentor technicians and engineers, fostering accountability and excellence.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate operational needs into technical requirements.

🎯 Requirements

• 5-7+ years in software development, IT, or technical support; prior team lead or senior engineering
• Technical depth in Linux, Java, Python; cloud tech (AWS, Azure, GCP); databases; and
• Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum, ITIL, DevOps, and CI/CD pipelines; ability to relate spatial
• Ability to solve ambiguity, influence technical strategy, and manage long-term technical debt.
