Head of Technology and Architecture

📋 Description

• Define and own multi-year target architecture across product suites.
• Set architectural direction; resolve cross-cutting trade-offs.
• Lead architecture decisions as final technical authority.
• Mentor architects and engineers; raise engineering bar.
• Align tech strategy with business goals and governance.
• Partner with execs to translate strategy into roadmaps.

🎯 Requirements

• 12+ years in software engineering with senior architecture roles.
• Deep experience in distributed systems, data architecture, API design.
• Expert in on-prem, private and public cloud; Kubernetes.
• Experience with at least one cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP) and containerization.
• Security, privacy and regulatory compliance focus.
• B.S./M.S. in CS, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; executive-level skills.
• Fintech/financial-services domain experience preferred.
