Head of Technology Partnerships

📋 Description

• Develop and execute a tech partnership strategy with ISVs and vendors.
• Identify, evaluate, and onboard partners to expand Litmus ecosystem.
• Build and maintain relationships for joint GTM, co-innovation, and integrations.
• Collaborate with sales, product, marketing on joint value props and campaigns.
• Negotiate partnership terms, revenue sharing, and tech integrations.
• Drive joint pipeline via partner-led opportunities and referrals.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in technology partnerships, business development, or alliance management.
• Proven track record of building and scaling partnerships with ISVs, hardware vendors, and strategic partners.
• Strong understanding of Industrial AI, edge computing, and data platforms; familiarity with Litmus's tech stack is a plus.
• Excellent negotiation and relationships; ability to influence executives.
• Experience driving revenue through ecosystems, including joint sales and marketing initiatives.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field; MBA preferred.
