📋 Description

• Drive enterprise strategy execution: Serve as a trusted advisor and strategic partner to the COO
• Establish operating frameworks: Develop and manage enterprise operating rhythms, governance

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Organizational Leadership
• At least 10 years of progressive leadership experience in operations, business transformation
• Demonstrated experience working directly with executive leadership, advising senior stakeholders
• Proven track record of developing and leading performance management systems, operational
• Strong business and analytical acumen, with the ability to interpret complex data, identify
• Experience developing KPIs, executive dashboards, operational scorecards, business intelligence
