• Build global reward framework across countries.
• Design compensation strategy, salary bands, and benchmarking.
• Lead benefits strategy by country; manage insurers.
• Run end-to-end salary and bonus review cycles.
• Ensure governance and compliance across jurisdictions.
• Integrate equity with total rewards and offers.

🎯 Requirements

• Demonstrated experience owning compensation and benefits in scaling tech.
• Hands-on NA and European compensation/benefits experience.
• Proven salary benchmarking: market pricing and range maintenance.
• End-to-end annual salary review/merit cycle with budgeting.
• Knowledge of employee equity plans and finance collaboration.
• Strong stakeholder management with Exec, Finance and TA; analytical.
