• Own end-to-end trade lifecycle across currencies and corridors.

• Drive down settlement discrepancies with design, controls and improvements.
• Own daily liquidity and cash management across currencies and banking partners.
• Set cash forecasting, working capital efficiency, and funding strategy.
• Oversee short-term investments and balance optimization to reduce cost of capital.

🎯 Requirements

• 15+ years in trade operations, treasury or related roles.
• Proven track record leading multi-geo trade/treasury teams.
• Deep command of trade lifecycle, treasury, FX, cross-border payments.
• Ability to build operating models, controls, and automation at scale.
• Strong executive presence; partner with product, finance, partnerships, and ops.
• Excellent judgment on risk, controls and compliance; operate async across time zones.
