📋 Description

• Lead and scale the Trading Risk team; set strategic risk vision
• Build a high-performing risk culture with accountability
• Define team OKRs; establish performance standards
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Operations to embed risk thinking
• Own risk ops across product lines: spot, derivatives, lending

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in risk management in financial services, fintech, or crypto
• 3+ years leading risk teams (5+ people)
• Deep understanding of derivatives risk: futures, options, CFDs
• Multi-product risk across at least 3: spot, derivatives, lending
• Strong quantitative background; design/validate risk models and control logic
• Excellent communication; translate risk concepts for stakeholders
