📋 Description

• Develop and steer the Group-wide transformation roadmap, translating strategic priorities into
• Drive cross-functional transformation and restructuring initiatives from concept through
• Establish effective PMO governance and performance tracking, creating transparency on progress
• Coordinate initiatives across ISOPLUS’ decentralised European organisation, managing dependencies
• Work closely with initiative owners to remove roadblocks, drive accountability and ensure effective
• Work directly with the CEO and senior leadership, preparing key decisions and providing structured

🎯 Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in top-tier strategy consulting, with a strong track record in
• Experience driving complex, cross-functional initiatives, ideally within industrial, manufacturing
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex challenges into
• Hands-on, execution-oriented mindset with high ownership and the ability to drive progress across
• Confidence working with senior executives as well as operational teams in an international
• Strong communication skills in German and English
