📋 Description

• Own the T&L product strategy, roadmap, and go-to-market plan.
• Drive segment revenue attainment and growth.
• Define packaging, pricing, and positioning for T&L buyers.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, engineering and channel partners.
• Lead cross-functional T&L team including product leads, designers, and engineers.
• Translate strategic direction into a coherent GTM execution plan.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years in segment-focused commercial, product, or GTM roles in transport.
• 5+ years in senior leadership with cross-functional scope in carrier/fleet/logistics tech.
• 5+ years leading cross-functional teams of product, design, and engineering.
• Deep knowledge of T&L markets, fleet ops, and key regulations (ELD, FMCSA, CARB, CSA).
• Strong GTM acumen—packaging, pricing, and positioning for revenue growth.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field; equivalent experience.
