📋 Description

• Own end-to-end Transportation & Logistics segment revenue and growth.
• Define packaging, pricing, and positioning to drive GTM for T&L buyers.
• Lead cross-functional teams with leads, sales, marketing, and engineering.
• Translate board strategy into a go-to-market plan and execution roadmap.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years in segment-focused commercial, product, or go-to-market in transportation/logistics or fleet telematics.
• 5+ years in senior leadership with cross-functional scope; 3+ years revenue responsibility in T&L.
• 5+ years leading cross-functional teams or senior commercial/product leads.
• Deep knowledge of the T&L market including fleet ops, truckload, freight trends, regulatory env (ELD, FMCSA, CARB, CSA).
• Strong commercial and GTM acumen; ability to define packaging, pricing, and positioning to drive revenue.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Commerce, Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field; equivalent experience.
