🎯 Requirements

• 7-10 years Treasury experience; 3-5 yrs fintech leadership.
• Experience optimizing yields on held funds (deposits, rates).
• Experience managing FX: spreads, hedging, and netting.
• Experience designing funding and liquidity strategies.
• Experience negotiating with banks and debt providers.
• Experience defining the Treasury tech stack.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder relationships.
• Preferred: stablecoins experience.
• Preferred: FX risk management in fintech.
• Preferred: fast-moving FinTech startup experience.
