Head of Treasury

📋 Description

• Build and lead Imprint's treasury function to support growth.
• Own liquidity management, cash positioning, forecasting, and reporting.
• Manage banking infrastructure, wire approvals, and treasury controls.
• Partner with Finance, Capital Markets, Engineering, Data Science, and Banking.
• Design operating model, systems, and controls for scale.
• Define treasury roadmap and hire Treasury Operations talent.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years treasury experience in FinTech or regulated financial services.
• Deep expertise in liquidity management, cash forecasting, treasury ops.
• Strong understanding of lending cash flows, warehouse facilities, and bank partnerships.
• Proven track record building or transforming treasury processes in high-growth.
• Experience developing forecasting models and analytical frameworks.
• Ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders and present to leadership.
