📋 Description

• Own global liquidity across entities, currencies, banking partners and payment channels, including
• Monitor cash positions, intercompany transfers and funding needs. Produce short-, medium- and
• Optimize capital efficiency and minimize idle balances while meeting operational and regulatory
• Ensure customer funds are safeguarded and segregated in line with regulatory requirements in each
• Set and monitor counterparty limits across banks, payment channels, custodians and trading venues.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Banking, Business Management or a related field.
• 8+ years of treasury or related experience, including 3+ years in a leadership role.
• Proven experience in cross-border payments or remittance within a multinational setup (required).
• Experience in a regulated payments, fintech, exchange, financial trading or banking environment.
• Experience with crypto or stablecoin treasury operations is strongly preferred.
• Strong relationships with banks, fiat channels and other external partners.
