📋 Description

• Oversee Trade Services, Derivatives Operations, Collateral Management, Reconciliations, Corporate
• Ensure a controlled, scalable, and resilient operating model supporting the full investment
• Manage operational risk, controls, regulatory audits, and strategic transformation initiatives
• Drive automation, control enhancement, and strategic transformation initiatives
• Partner with Portfolio Management, Trading, Risk, Compliance, Fund Administration, Technology
• Oversee trade processing, settlement, derivative lifecycle management, collateral administration

🎯 Requirements

• 12-15+ years of investment operations, middle office, or post-trade operational experience
• Deep expertise across trade services, settlements, derivatives, collateral management
• Demonstrated experience leading multiple operational disciplines through managers and senior team
• Proven track record managing operational risk, controls, regulatory audits, and strategic
• Strong understanding of Trade lifecycle and settlement operations
• Strong understanding of Cash and position reconciliations
