📋 Description

• Lead, manage, and mentor the existing design team, establishing high standards for design quality
• Run regular design critiques and provide clear, actionable feedback that strengthens individual

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years of professional UX/UI or product design experience, ideally within B2B SaaS environments.
• At least 2 years of experience leading or managing a design team in a fast-paced, small-team, or
• Demonstrated ability to simultaneously lead designers and personally deliver high-quality product
• Strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end product design, with experience in complex workflows
• Expert-level proficiency in Figma, including design systems, design tokens, component libraries
• Experience designing for multiple user types with different goals, workflows, and mental models.
