• Lead end-to-end production from concept to final delivery.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in video/creative production; 2+ years leading teams.
• Stellar portfolio across brand films, product storytelling, social.
• Proven track record delivering complex video projects on time and budget.
• Proficiency in Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Figma.
• Experience leading talent and managing freelancers globally.
• Experience creating scalable motion systems and AI-assisted workflows.
