📋 Description

• Own the product, go-to-market strategy, roadmap, and execution for the Vocational segment across
• Expand market share, grow net revenue retention, and capture new opportunities by aligning product
• Develop deep expertise across utilities and energy infrastructure, mining, oil and gas
• Serve as the authoritative voice of the Vocational segment within Geotab's global product
• Coordinate a consistent go-to-market motion with Marketing, Business Development, Solutions
• Lead annual planning for product strategy, roadmap, headcount, budget, and OKR input; track and

🎯 Requirements

• A bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field; an equivalent combination of
• 10+ years of experience in a product or go-to-market role within vocational, industrial fleet, or
• 5+ years of experience with accountability for revenue or commercial outcomes within a defined
• Experience leading product development teams and 10+ years of leadership experience, including 8+
• Deep knowledge of vocational and industrial fleet operations, including operator business models
• Strong commercial, product development, go-to-market, partner development, revenue analytics, and
