Head of Warehouse Network Expansion and Facilities

📋 Description

• Launch new fulfillment centers with end-to-end plans.
• Design facility layouts; install MHE for flow.
• Manage vendor partnerships; keep construction on schedule.
• Forecast capacity and footprint for peak periods.
• Re-engineer spaces to maximize capacity with zero disruption.
• Own preventive maintenance for MHE, HVAC, and safety systems.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years FC Operations/Program Management
• 5+ years negotiation; CRE knowledge preferred
• Experience in space planning, labor modeling, process improvement
• Proven enterprise project management; multi-stakeholder communication
• Strong ability to navigate ambiguity
• Degree in Engineering, Operations or Supply Chain Management (preferred)
