Head of Warehouse Operations, Carrier Partnerships

📋 Description

• Hold carrier partners to SLAs and KPIs; monitor, review, and drive corrective actions.
• Serve as liaison between carrier partner and Spreetail’s central teams; translate strategy into actions.
• Monitor real-time inventory, orders, and shipping via Linnworks; ensure on-time delivery and flag issues across B2B/B2C.
• Ensure SOP adherence; lead rollout of system updates and client onboarding.
• Produce regular operational reports and analyze WMS data to track OTS and order accuracy.
• Identify process improvements and build collaborative relationships to implement changes.

🎯 Requirements

• Fluency in German and English required; additional European languages a plus.
• Hands-on experience coordinating inbound, outbound, and returns across B2B and B2C.
• Proficiency in Linnworks or WMS/ERP; strong analytics to build reports and spot trends.
• Clear communication and track record of holding external stakeholders accountable.
• Excellent organization; able to prioritize and manage multiple sites and workstreams.
• Bachelor's in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business; certifications such as APICS, Six Sigma, or IOSH are a plus.
