📋 Description

• Own website as a demand channel for signups and pipeline (PLG & sales).
• Build and run web experiments; maintain an A/B testing roadmap.
• Design web journeys with IA, navigation, and signup paths.
• Keep site content accurate; partner with Product Marketing and Design.
• Partner with web engineering to optimize CMS and templated landing pages.
• Develop personalization and ABM experiences for enterprise growth.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years in web or growth marketing at a PLG company.
• Proven track record improving signup and conversion via experimentation.
• Hands-on with CMS platforms (Strapi); publish pages with HTML/CSS.
• Deep experience with web analytics (GA4/Amplitude) and tag management.
• Familiarity with technical SEO and AEO.
• Strong collaboration and project management across Design, Eng, Product, Marketing.
