• Partner with Product, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Solutions.
• Lead the Advisory Function: mentor and scale planning consultants.
• Set the standard: optimize consulting methodologies and practices.
• Oversee cross-functional collaboration for successful implementations.
• Be the executive sponsor for critical customer engagements.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience: 10+ years in planning, management consulting, or enterprise software.
• Leadership: scale of software/services for large enterprises.
• Domain: strategic workforce planning and talent analytics.
• Future thinking: AI, automation, and skills-gap analysis.
• Change management: guide clients to distributed, continuous planning.
• Travel: up to 25% (Europe and North America).
