📋 Description

• Set the vision and build scalable processes for workplace operations.
• Lead real estate strategy, including lease negotiations, vendor mgmt, and openings.
• Manage workplace budgets and optimize spend across real estate and operations.
• Oversee day-to-day office operations, including facilities, safety, and vendor relations.
• Build and manage a team of workplace leaders as we expand.
• Partner with People, Finance, IT on space planning and policy.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience leading workplace, facilities, or real estate operations at a high-growth company.
• A track record of managing lease negotiations, vendor relationships, and office build-outs.
• Strong people leadership skills, with experience building and scaling a team.
• Comfort moving between long-term strategic planning and hands-on, tactical execution.
• Strong project management and vendor management skills, with an eye for detail.
• A bias toward action and a willingness to solve problems directly, regardless of whether they fall neatly within scope.
