🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or Business from a recognised university
• 15+ years in finance operations, with at least 8 years leading PTP/AP or wider shared services
• Experience leading multi-country, multi-site PTP operations.
• A proven record of leading large transformations (ERP migrations, M&A integrations, automation
• A strong record of using AI and automation to redesign processes, with measurable gains in
• Deep knowledge of SOX, internal controls design and audit readiness in finance operations
