🎯 Requirements

• Master or equivalent degree in Economics, Natural Science or Engineering (Biotech)
• 5+ years leading teams in complex Pharma/Biotech supply chain operations
• Fluent in English with cross-cultural awareness
• Willing to stay in a CEERJ country for 9-12 months
• Certified Agile/Operational Excellence Leader or Green Belt beneficial
• Strong communication across end-to-end supply chain
