🎯 Requirements

• Master or equivalent degree in Economics, Natural Science or Engineering in Biotech Ecosystems
• 5+ years leading teams for complex Pharma/Biotech Supply Chain operations
• Fluent in English with cross-cultural awareness and experience
• Willing to stay in a CEERJ country for 9–12 months for Pharma ops
• Certified Operational Excellence/AGILE Leader or Green Belt is a plus
• Strong communication across end-to-end supply chain and leadership levels
