🎯 Requirements

• Master or equivalent in Economics, Natural Science or Engineering (Biotech)
• 5+ years leading complex pharma/biotech supply chain ops
• Fluent in English with cross-cultural experience
• Willing to stay in a CEERJ country for 9–12 months
• Agile Leader certification or Green Belt or equivalent is a plus
• Strong cross-functional communication across end-to-end supply chain
