Head Wardrobe (Touring)

📋 Description

• Supervise wardrobe department and local crews for all show costumes.
• Learn, perform backstage deck track and cue changes.
• Troubleshoot wardrobe elements during performances.
• Train venue crews in backstage wardrobe tasks.
• Manage laundry and asset organization for wardrobe.
• Coordinate with tour management on publicity and VIP experiences.

🎯 Requirements

• 1-3 years of wardrobe leadership experience.
• Ability to train, develop, and evaluate assigned staff.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).
• Experience with backstage load-in/out and cue sheets.
• Basic sewing skills and knowledge of sewing machines.
• Willingness to work irregular hours and travel on tour.
