Health Authority Reporting Analyst

📋 Description

• Review and process product complaints per procedures.
• Contribute to complaint management and regulatory reporting.
• Make MDR/MDV determinations for one or more Business Units.
• File Medwatch and MDV reports within required timelines.
• Maintain complaint management database and support audits.
• Onboard new associates and assist escalation as needed.

🎯 Requirements

• Degree in science, medical, or engineering field.
• 2-4 years related experience desirable.
• Knowledge of FDA, MDR/MDD, ISO requirements.
• Knowledge of human anatomy and medical terminology.
• Strong written and verbal English communication.
• Proficient with PC, Windows, MS Office and collaboration tools.
