📋 Description

Lead AHC implementation plans across HEMP, HENT, HECO
Manage partnerships with universities, government, health institutions
Coordinate budgeting, financial planning, and grant compliance
Oversee monitoring, evaluation, learning, and reporting
Supervise and performance-manage programme staff
Manage programme risks and ensure quality assurance

🎯 Requirements

Master's in Public Health, Global Health, or related field
6+ years programme management, 3+ in complex programmes
Experience with donor-funded, multi-year programmes
Proven supervision of multidisciplinary teams
Experience with government, universities, health bodies
PM training like PMP, PRINCE2 beneficial
