Health Economist

📋 Description

• Build relationships with Client Success, Marketing, and Commercial teams to identify ROI needs.
• Audit health economics methodologies and streamline study designs while maintaining rigor.
• Complete your first client-facing cost analysis and present preliminary findings.
• Lead end-to-end ROI studies, coordinating data acquisition and SQL/Python analysis.
• Partner with Client Success to present study results to external clients, translating findings.
• Contribute to clinical study design by identifying health economics endpoints.

🎯 Requirements

• Master's or PhD in health economics, health services research, epidemiology, or related quantitative field.
• 3-5 years applying econometric methods (causal inference, cost-effectiveness, budget impact).
• 3-5 years hands-on experience with large-scale claims databases (commercial/Medicare/Medicaid).
• Proficient in R, SQL, and/or Python for data manipulation and analysis.
• PhD in health economics or health services research (preferred).
• 2-5 years with Databricks, Snowflake, or similar cloud platforms.
