Health Product Manager, Claims

📋 Description

• Define and own product vision, strategy, and roadmap for a healthcare claims platform.
• Translate claims ops, adjudication rules, pricing, and EDI workflows into specs.
• Bridge business and engineering across design, development, testing, and release.
• Prioritize backlog balancing business value, regs, and dependencies.
• Lead product discovery to identify pain points and opportunities.
• Define acceptance criteria and support UAT to meet objectives.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 5 years PM experience with strategy, roadmap, delivery ownership.
• Experience in US healthcare, health insurance, or claims ops.
• Ability to write BRDs, user stories, and docs bridging business/tech.
• Strong analytical, problem solving, prioritization skills.
• Experience with Agile backlogs and cross-functional trade-offs.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
