3+ years of hands-on experience in one of the following: Epic Systems (customer-facing role such as
Detailed working knowledge of at least one operational or clinical workflow in Epic
Excellent written communication; able to break complex processes into clear, step-by-step detail
Meticulous attention to detail and comfort working independently
