📋 Description

• Oversee QA process and chain of custody for all testing forms and laboratory requisitions.
• Train new staff on how to complete testing paperwork and support corresponding database entry and

🎯 Requirements

• 2-3 years of equivalent work experience providing HIV/HCV/STI prevention education, phlebotomy
• Minimum of 2-3 years of supervisory experience in a clinical, public health, or community-based
• Experience supervising staff in a unionized environment.
• Current California State Phlebotomy Technician I (CPT-1) certification or ability to obtain within
• CA Rapid HIV/HCV Test Counselor or ability to obtain within 6 months of hire.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required within 3 months of hire.
