📋 Description

• Oversee QA and chain of custody for testing forms.
• Train new staff on testing paperwork and protocols.
• Lead evaluation during monitoring; draft audit reports.
• Collect samples, run HIV/HCV tests, complete paperwork.
• Provide HIV/HCV/STI risk reduction counseling and report positives.
• Coordinate GLIDE testing events with staff and partners.

🎯 Requirements

• 2-3 years HIV/HCV/STI prevention or related experience; BA in public health.
• 2-3 years supervisory experience in clinical/public health settings.
• Experience supervising staff in a unionized environment.
• CA CPT-1 phlebotomy certification or ability to obtain within 6 months.
• CA Rapid HIV/HCV Test Counselor certification or ability to obtain within 6 months.
• BLS certification within 3 months.
