Provides for cursory and complete medical examinations including all PRH requirements.
Provides for optometrist/ ophthalmologist evaluation and glasses when indicated.
Provides for immunization program in accordance with CDC guidelines.
Provides daily walk-in services for routine care and an appointment system for follow up.
Provides for patient assessment, triage, and treatment.
Provides for emergency care including first aid, CPR, and coordination of emergency services.

🎯 Requirements

One or two years of related experience or training
Bachelor's Degree in nursing from a four-year college or university
Minimum of 4 years’ experience in the nursing field, preferably in a supervisory or manager role
Current State Professional Nurse License
Current BLS/CPR certification
Valid State Driver’s License
